Bikemaestro Social Ride
You can sign up for a Social Ride here.
Please be sure to read the information below!
Every Wednesday, Bikemaestro Gothenburg organizes our popular Social Rides—free mountain bike rides focused on community, the joy of cycling, and discovering new trails together. Whether you’re new to mountain biking or an experienced trail rider, there’s a group that’s right for you.
In 2026, we’ve decided to separate regular MTB bikes and E-MTBs to create a better experience for all participants. Every Wednesday, we run two groups: one for regular MTB riders every other week (even weeks) and one for E-MTB riders every other week (odd weeks), with a maximum of 15 participants per group:
Even weeks:
• MTB Beginners
• MTB Intermediate
Odd weeks:
• E-MTB Beginners
• E-MTB Intermediate
The rides start at the Bikemaestro Center at Munkebäcksgatan 28 in Gothenburg; we meet at 6:00 p.m. and usually ride for about two hours in and around the Delsjö area. The focus is on smooth trails, beautiful nature, and meeting new cycling friends in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Our guides adjust the pace to suit the group’s skill level, and we always let you know about more challenging technical sections. If you’d like to get off your bike and walk around an obstacle, that’s absolutely fine. The goal is for everyone to feel safe and have fun out on the trails.
Social Rides is completely free, but advance registration is required because space is limited. If needed, you can also rent a bike and protective gear when you make your reservation.
The store and workshop are also open later on Wednesdays, so after your ride, you can browse the selection of bikes and gear or recharge with ice cream and a drink at the store.
We recommend that you check your bike before the ride and bring water, as well as an extra inner tube or an energy bar if possible. Participation is at your own risk, and in the event of heavy rain, rides may need to be canceled for safety reasons and to protect the trails. Any changes will be announced via email and on our social media channels.
Hope to see you there! 🚵♀️☀️
