These packages are based on our extensive experience with bicycles, service, and coaching, and are designed to ensure that your bike performs optimally from day one and over time.
All new bikes need to be inspected after the break-in period. During the first few mils, cables settle in, components find their proper position, and minor adjustments may be needed to ensure the bike continues to perform optimally and safely.

Bikemaestro Start Package – included with bikes under 50,000 SEK
When you buy a bike under 50,000 SEK, our Bikemaestro Start Package is included, which contains:

  • Free inspection service (valued at 499 SEK)
  • Personal Bike Setup
  • Personal Damper Setup

The inspection service is performed within 6 months of purchase and is intended to ensure that the bicycle is properly assembled, safe, and in good condition after the break-in period.

It includes, among other things:

  • Inspection of Wear Parts
  • Tightening Screws
  • Checking Tire Pressure
  • Brake Function Check

With a personalized bike setup, we adjust the saddle, handlebars, and brake and shift levers to fit your measurements and riding position, which makes a big difference in comfort, control, and performance.

The personalized shock setup allows us to adjust the shocks to your weight and riding style using external adjustments, without having to disassemble or modify the components.

In addition, you’ll receive a 20% discount on your first regular service, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Bikemaestro Pro Package – included with bikes priced over 50,000 SEK
Bikes with a retail price over 50,000 SEK come with our most comprehensive package—the Bikemaestro Pro Package.

This package includes everything in the Start Package, plus several additional benefits:

  • Free inspection service (valued at 499 SEK)
  • Personal Bike Setup
  • Personal Damper Setup
  • Free standard service (value: 799 SEK)
  • 50% off your first shock absorber service (value up to 1,599 SEK)
  • An MTB course (value: 1,250 SEK)

The standard service is valid for 12 months and includes:

  • Inspection of Wear Parts
  • Tightening Screws
  • Checking Tire Pressure
  • Chain Lubrication
  • Adjusting the Clutches and Brakes
  • Basic Safety and Functional Inspection

The discount on shock service applies to outer leg service for front shocks and air canister service for rear shocks, which is recommended after approximately 50 hours of riding. It does not include a complete shock service.

The MTB course is included because, having trained thousands of cyclists, we know that technical knowledge often leads to greater improvement and riding enjoyment than expensive component upgrades.

For Bosch eBike Systems, the manufacturer’s warranty also applies to the second-hand owner, provided that the warranty period has not expired and that the manufacturer’s terms and conditions are met. The warranty period is 2 years and begins on the date we first put the bicycle into service.

For the Shimano STEPS system, the manufacturer’s warranty is normally tied to the original purchaser and therefore cannot be guaranteed for secondhand purchases. Shimano is usually willing to assist with motor-related issues, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Bikemaestro Gothenburg is not responsible for the manufacturer’s decisions regarding warranty claims.
