Bicycle Maintenance & Optimization

Want to learn exactly how to take care of your bike and set it up and adjust it for optimal performance out on the trails?
In the Bike Maintenance & Optimization course, you’ll learn everything about which parts are especially critical to keep clean and lubricated, which products are recommended to make the job as easy and smooth as possible, and how to set up your bike—including suspension, tire pressure, brake position, and more.
Over the course of three hours, we’ll go through everything step by step—you’ll get to both watch and perform the tasks yourself on your own bike under supervision.
This is the course for you if you want to learn how to take care of your bike the right way—and understand just how much a clean, well-maintained bike actually impacts your experience on the trails. We’ll cover everything from washing, lubricating, and inspecting wear-and-tear parts to how to keep your bike in top condition year-round.

Learning how to care for, clean, and lubricate your bike will help you avoid unnecessary wear and tear, save money, and ensure that your bike always performs at its best.

What you'll learn:
