Women's MTB Course | Blue
The blue course is for those of you who already have the basics down and want to take the next step in your trail biking—with more fluidity, control, and confidence on slightly more challenging terrain. Here, we’ll build on the basic techniques you already know and delve deeper into skills that make a big difference when the trails get steeper, the turns tighter, and the obstacles a little bigger.
Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, you’ll learn to read the terrain, shift your center of gravity correctly, and master techniques such as front-wheel lifts, simple drops, and cornering with better line choice. We focus on balance, timing, and body control—key elements for continuing to improve and riding with greater confidence and enjoyment.
As always in our courses, participants are divided into small groups based on their skill level, so that everyone receives individual feedback and is challenged appropriately.
