MTB Course | Red

The red course is for those who have already mastered most of the basic and intermediate techniques and want to take the next step toward advanced trail riding. Here, the focus is on refining your timing, finesse, and precision—and learning to combine techniques such as drops, bunny hops, climbing, and tight turns on more technical terrain.

This course is perfect for anyone who has completed our MTB Lila course or has equivalent experience, and who wants to develop their technique for tackling larger obstacles, steeper sections, and jumps with more speed and control.
Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, we work methodically and safely, ensuring progression at every step, so you can challenge yourself and build greater confidence on the bike—without compromising safety.

As always, we place a strong emphasis on individual feedback and tailoring the exercises to each participant's skill level.

What You'll Learn

Drop Technique – Level 3
At Level 3, we really start to challenge you technically, working on more technical low-speed drops and beginning to incorporate pedal kicks coming out of the drop.

Over Larger Logs
Combine front- and rear-wheel lifts with key techniques to navigate over larger logs and obstacles in a smooth and controlled manner.

Bunny Hop
Learn how to coordinate the movements involved in lifting the front and rear wheels, combine them, and develop them into a full-fledged bunny hop—a key technique for advanced trail riding.

Jumping Technique – Level 2
Develop your jumping technique by practicing timing, height, and distance. Learn how to handle different types of jumps and start getting a feel for double jumps with a sense of timing.

Cornering Techniques – Level 3
Here, we’ll work on techniques for really tight corners—both line choice and how to use the endo technique for the tightest turns.

Climbing Technique – Level 2
Learn how to climb steeper sections and clear obstacles using precision, balance, and explosive movements—based on the bunny hop technique.

Trail riding with line-choosing practice
Final ride back to the store, focusing on riding position, line choice, and the new skills—drop, bunny hop, climbing, and cornering techniques—in combination.
