We're looking for new stars!
Are you ready for a new adventure?
We’re growing by leaps and bounds—and now we’re looking for more passionate bike geeks who want to join us in building the bike center of the future!
We’re not trying to be just another bike shop. We want to create something different. A hub where cyclists can meet to share their passion for cycling and inspire one another.
A place where connecting with people is more important than the bike you ride or the gear you use.
Does this sound exciting to you, and would you like to be part of our journey?
If so, we think you should read more about the positions we’re hiring for below 🤩

We’re currently looking for part-time staff, primarily for weekend shifts but also as needed during the week.
In our store, you’re the face of our business. Interacting with our customers is incredibly important to us—we want everyone who walks through the door to feel welcome, seen, and inspired.

• Help customers find the right bike or equipment
• Rent out mountain bikes to adventure-seeking guests
• Take reservations and answer questions
• Serve coffee or gelato in our café area
• Keep the store neat and welcoming
If you have experience repairing bikes, you may also be asked to help out in the workshop.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is responsible and solution-oriented
• Enjoys meeting people
• Has an interest in cycling (a plus but not required)
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike

For us, the workshop is the heart of our business. Here you’ll meet everyone from everyday cyclists to passionate mountain bikers—and your work helps get their bikes running perfectly again.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and delivering excellent results to our customers.
Job duties may include, among other things:
• Bicycle service and repair
• Assembly and adjustment of components
• Troubleshooting and basic diagnostics
• Helping to maintain order and organization in the workshop
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience assembling bicycles (workshop experience is a plus)
• Is meticulous and responsible
• Enjoys solving technical problems
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has an interest in cycling
The most important thing for us is that you are dedicated, solution-oriented, and committed to doing a really good job.
Does this sound like something for you?

MTB Instructors & Guides
Bikemaestro has quickly grown into one of Sweden’s leading providers of MTB training—and now we’re looking for more enthusiastic individuals who want to turn their passion into a career and join us on our journey forward.
We’re expanding and need instructors for courses, private lessons, and guided tours. You’ll start as an assistant instructor alongside a lead instructor and grow into the role, with the goal of leading groups on your own. We always work as a team and strive for the highest quality in everything we do.
We have a flat organizational structure, open communication, and a warm, welcoming culture. We want our instructors to do more than just teach courses—we want them to help shape Bikemaestro.
We’re looking for someone who is confident on a bike, a good teacher, positive, and solution-oriented. If you’ve taught courses or guided before, that’s a plus. If you haven’t but feel like “that’s totally me”—get in touch anyway.
We’re building something for the long term. And we want the right people to join us on this journey.
Because this role is so important to us, we view these as long-term hires. We’re not looking for someone for just one season, but for people who want to build something over time—and who feel that this is more than just a side job.
Does this sound like you?
Send us a brief introduction about yourself and tell us why you want to be part of Bikemaestro. We look forward to hearing from you!
Social Ride Ambassadors
We want to inspire more people to try mountain biking and experience the wonderful cycling community we have here in Gothenburg—and especially the wonderful sense of community we’re trying to build within Bikemaestro. The feeling that everyone is welcome, no matter what kind of bike you ride or how much experience you have.
This year, our goal is to offer even more Social Rides for even more groups, every Wednesday, throughout the summer. We’ll also start separating regular MTBs from e-MTBs to ensure a more consistent pace within the groups and so that no one feels stressed about the pace. That’s why we’re looking for ambassadors who ride both regular mountain bikes and e-MTBs.
Most of our Social Rides take place in the Delsjö area, so it’s important that you know your way around the area very well. If you’re also familiar with other areas such as Änggårdsbergen, Paradiset in Partille, Hisingsparken, and others, that’s a plus, but by no means a requirement.
As a person, you’re outgoing, inclusive, and love sharing your passion for cycling and encouraging others.
As an ambassador, you’ll get to:
• Help build our community
• Represent a brand that works to promote public health and inclusion
• Access to really great prices on bikes and gear
• The opportunity to grow with us over time
